Sami Khedira has signed a new deal with Juventus that will keep him with the Italian champions until 2021.

The Germany international has become a key member of Massimiliano Allegri’s squad since joining from Real Madrid in 2015.

Khedira has won three successive domestic doubles and was also part of the side reached the Champions League final in 2017, though they lost 4-1 to former club Madrid in Cardiff.

Juve have handed the 31-year-old, whose previous contract was due to expire at the end of the campaign, a two-year extension which includes an option for a third season.
