Manchester United are among the clubs keen on Leicester City star Jeremy Monga, according to Football Insider.
Man Utd’s city rivals, Manchester City, are also said to be keen on the 16-year-old gem.
Journalist Pete O’Rourke said: “Yeah, I think it’ll be more than just Manchester United keeping tabs on Jeremy Monga.
“Manchester City were very close to signing him in the summer before he ended up agreeing scholarship terms with Leicester.
“There still is the doubt at Leicester that he could leave because he hasn’t signed a professional contract yet, which he can’t do until he turns 17.
“If he doesn’t sign a pro deal, he can be lured away for a nominal compensation fee as well. And it won’t just be Manchester United looking at him.
“City still remain interested in him as well. I’m sure you’ll have probably all the Premier League’s big six who would be interested in signing the England Youth International.
“He’s become a regular under Marti Cifuentes this season in the Foxes team as well.”
