Premier League giants Manchester United are stepping up their efforts to sign Brazilian defender Alex Sandro from Juventus, Bild can reveal.
The Red Devils plan to offload Luke Shaw at the earliest opportunity and they want the Brazil international to replace him at Old Trafford.
This is probably a good time to make a move on Alex Sandro as Juventus are reportedly prepared to listen to offers for his services.
Premier League holders Chelsea were also keen on the Brazilian, but they have cooled their interest as Marcos Alonso seriously raised his form.
Alex Sandro will not be coming on the cheap as Juventus want between €50m and €60m for his services.
The 27-year-old has so far made 111 competitive appearances for the Bianconeri, scoring 9 goals and setting up another 17.
