Manchester City are interested in signing Arda Guler from Real Madrid, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Man City manager Pep Guardiola is personally keen on a deal for Guler, who has emerged as one of the best players for Madrid this season.
Guler has been one of Madrid’s best and most important players under manager Xabi Alonso this season. The Turkey international has benefited deployed in the number 10 role and has starred for the Spanish and European giants.
The 20-year-old has scored three goals and given four assists in seven starts and two substitute appearances in La Liga and has given one assist in two UEFA Champions League games for Madrid so far this campaign. Madrid are two points clear of second-placed Barcelona at the top of the La Liga table at the moment.
