Manchester United in talks over Matheus Cunha

Manchester United are confident of signing Matheus Cunha from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. Man Utd have already opened talks with Cunha’s entourage and are optimistic of getting a deal done to bring the Brazil international forward to Old Trafford.

Cunha has been superb for Wolves this season and has been arguably their best player. The 25-year-old forward has scored 16 goals and given four assists in 31 appearances for Wolves so far this season. Cunha has scored 32 goals and provided 13 assists in 87 appearances for Wolves so far in his career.

Man Utd are 14th in the Premier League table at the moment with 38 points from 33 matches, while Wolves currently find themselves 15th in the standings with the same number of points but below on goal difference.
