Manchester United are interested in signing Nathaniel Brown from Eintracht Frankfurt, according to Football Insider.
Arsenal and Manchester City are also said to be keen on the 22-year-old Germany international left-back.
Journalist Pete O’Rourke said: “I think it’s (Nathaniel Brown) more a long-term target rather than one for January.
“It’s not a priority right now, they’ve (Man City) got Nico O’Reilly really impressing at left-back, impressing so much that he has broken into the England team.
“They’ve got (Rayan) Ait-Nouri working his way back to fitness…he impressed before picking up that injury. I don’t think it’s a priority for City to bring in a left back.
“But look, Brown has emerged as one of the most coveted young players in European football right now with not just Man City interested, you’ve got the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal also linked with him as well.“
