Martial wants Sevilla move

Anthony Martial is keen on joining Sevilla from Manchester United this winter, according to Sky Sports.

The 26-year-old forward has been out of favour at Old Trafford for a long time now. Once perceived as a future Ballon d’Or contestant, Martial has scored once in 10 appearances in all competitions this term. His agent recently admitted quite openly that Martial wants to leave the club in January, to which interim manager Ralf Rangnick responded that it was him who should have been told about that first.

Nonetheless, the talks about a potential move away from the club next month between Rangnick and Martial are now set to take place.

Martial has apparently received offers from Juventus and Barcelona as well, but he feels he would be getting more game-time at Sevilla than at any of those two clubs. All three want him on an initial loan, with the possibility of signing him permanently at the end of the season.
