Nuno wants fresh Wolves signings

“We’re working on that. We have the need,” he said. “(There are) a lot of rumours, a lot of names, not only linked with Wolves, all the clubs – most of them are not true.

“It is a reality, we need to bring players and we will bring players.

“It needs time, needs proper decisions for us to bring players that can really help us and bring different characteristics to our squad.”

Those are the words of Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Nuno Espirito Santo who has acknowledged the fact that the club needs to try and bring in a few new faces, at the very least, during the current January transfer window.

With Diogo Jota being injured, Patrick Cutrone returning to Italy and Ivan Cavaleiro leaving Molineux for good, a few Wolves fans are getting a bit nervy as we approach the half way point of the window – especially given that the Europa League Round of 32 is right around the corner.
