Real Madrid have officially unveiled Getafe midfielder Pedro Leon as their second signing of the summer. Leon, 23, joins Los Blancos on a six year deal that will keep him at the Bernabeu till the summer of 2016.
Pedro Leon is Jose Mourinho’s second signing of the summer after Argentine forward Angel Di Maria. The transfer fee for Leon was not officially revealed, but media reports have it to be somewhere near the 10 million euro mark.
Leon played for Murcia, Valladolid and Levante before signing for Getafe last year.
Leon’s older brother Luis León Sánchez Gil, is a professional bicycle racer.
