Pochettino scouting Barca youth?

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has been seen watching Barcelona’s “B” team at the Mini Estadi, which stands right next to Camp Nou, according to Sky Sports.

Though he racked up 20 caps for Argentina, Pochettino lives in Barcelona – when he’s not in England, and he traveled to the Catalan city for a conference held by the region’s Football Federation. He took two members of his coaching staff with him, and after the Premier League win over Crystal Palace prior to the international break, he revealed he was invited to the conference by the Federation to talk to Catalan coaches and explain the principles of coaching in England.

However, the relentless Spanish media have been busy speculating about the reason of his visit to the game, and they believe he was there to scout Barcelona’s young talents in person, with a view of potentially taking someone to north London in one of the upcoming transfer windows.
