Ryan Kent joins Rangers

Liverpool Football Club has confirmed the departure of Ryan Kent, who has left to join Scottish Premiership contenders Rangers. This is a deal that has been in the pipeline for a good few weeks if not months now, with the club’s supporters being eager to see this one get pushed over the finish line.

The 22 year old had previously spent last year on loan at Ibrox, during which time the winger was able to prove to the watching world that he was the real deal.

There’s no shame in him not being able to break into the Liverpool starting XI, because as the Champions of Europe, the battle for competition is understandably intense.

He’s still young and if he is able to make an extended impact over the next few years with Rangers, then perhaps there’s a chance of him getting a big time move back to his homeland – unless he falls in love with Scotland all over again.
