Australia goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer admits he would love to finish his career in Germany after reports linked the Middlesbrough star with a move to Bayern Munich.
Schwarzer is out of contract at the end of the season and it has been claimed that Jurgen Klinsmann, who becomes Bayern manager in the close-season, is trying to persuade him to move to Allianz Arena.
The 35-year-old has been unable to agree a new deal with Middlesbrough, alerting Klinsmann, who needs a new goalkeeper to replace the retiring Oliver Kahn.
Schwarzer conceded a move to Germany could be on the cards: “It would be nice to finish my career in the Bundesliga,” he told The Sun.
