Tevez hints at Corinthians return

Unsettled Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has revealed that Corinthians have made an offer for his services.

The Argentine had already expressed his desire to leave England this summer and it looks as though City will have no choice but to sell him.

Tevez has now revealed that he would be glad to return to Corinthians in the light of the offer the Brazilian club sent to Manchester City.

“Yes, there is an interest from Corinthians. I have no problem going back to Corinthians,” Tevez told Argentine television Telefe.

“They got in touch with me, sent an offer to the club and since the Brazilian transfer window closes in eight or ten days, everything has to be solved.”

The Argentine spent two years at Corinthians before moving to Europe, during which time he scored 31 goals in 47 games for the Brazilian giants.
