Tim Cahill, who recently confirmed his retirement from playing, spent eight years at Everton, and during that time he had many Merseyside Derby battles with Liverpool icon Steven Gerrard. When asked to name the best XI made of the players he had ever lined up against, the current Glasgow Rangers boss was, unsurprisingly, in there, and the former Australia striker explained exactly why.
