Tottenham Hotspur plan to offload Serge Aurier

Tottenham Hotspur want to offload Serge Aurier in the summer of 2021, according to Football Insider. The Ivory Coast international right-back is out of contract at Spurs in the summer of 2022, and the North London club reportedly plan to sell him at the end of the season instead of handing him a new contract.

Aurier is a regular in the Tottenham first team at the moment, but the 28-year-old is erratic is in his defending. According to WhoScored, the former Paris Saint-Germain right-back has scored two goals and provided one assist n 14 Premier League games, and has made one start and one substitute appearance in the Europa League for the North London outfit so far this campaign.

Spurs are eighth in the Premier League table at the moment with 39 points from 25 matches, six points behind fourth-placed and London rivals West Ham United, who have played 26 games. Tottenham have also progressed to the Round of 32 in the Europa League this season.
