Van de Beek wants Manchester United exit

Donny van de Beek has instructed his representatives to orchestrate a move away from Manchester United as soon as possible, according to the Mirror. Apparently, the Dutch midfielder’s long-standing desire was to play for the 20-time English champions, but given that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer isn’t willing to give him a proper chance, he is now ready to give up on the dream.

Van de Beek has only played once in the Premier League this season – a total of six minutes as a late substitute in the 4-1 win over Newcastle back in mid-September. He has recently changed agents, employing the services of Ali Durson, who also represents Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong.

De Jong and Van de Beek used to be teammates not only at Ajax before joining their current clubs, but also in the Dutch national team. However, Van de Beek has lost his place there due to not playing regularly at United.
