Wenger eyeing both Dzeko and Zaha

The Daily Mail is reporting that Arsene Wenger is ready to make a move on both Edin Dzeko and Wilfred Zaha in the January transfer window as he tries to get Arsenal into the top four this campaign.

The Gunners have been struggling recently and it does look as though they need to add some personal in the New Year if they are to qualify for the Champions League.

Dzeko has been superb for Manchester City in the English Premier League, but at the moment he is labelled as a ‘Super Sub’ after making the majority of his appearances from the bench, something he says he is not happy with.

This has put Arsenal on red alert as they would love to bring someone of Dzeko’s quality to the Emirates Stadium. However, it is likely to take a big fee to land his services as the Bosnian is key to City’s title hopes.

As for signing Zaha, Wenger is hopeful that £15 million will be enough to lure the winger away from Crystal Palace, despite them valuing him around the £20 million mark.

The 20-year-old has set the Championship alight this campaign and looks ready to make a move into the English Premier League.
