The issue seems to be staffing rather than a structural problem, but it does not match the advertised timeline reliably.
Re-verification friction. Multiple users report being asked to re-verify their identity at withdrawal even after previously verified accounts. The legal basis is sound, but the execution creates unnecessary friction. Have your ID documents ready before you request a payout for the first time.
Non-crypto withdrawal delays. The check-by-mail option takes up to 24 days. That is longer than most offshore competitors. The $70 bank wire fee on a minimum withdrawal of $2,000 also frustrates users who do not use crypto.
