Al-Nassr kept themselves three points clear of rivals Al-Hilal at the top of the Saudi Pro League following their 5-0 rout of Al-Khaleej, with Joao Felix starring with a second-half brace.
Cristiano Ronaldo was again absent for Al-Nassr, but they made light work of the superstar’s absence.
Abdullah Al Hamddan broke the deadlock in the 30th minute, striking a low shot down the middle to beat Anthony Morris as the visitors took control at Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium.
Aiman Yahya drilled past Morris to extend Al-Nassr’s lead eight minutes after the restart, setting the stage for Joao Felix to play a starring role as Jorge Jesus’ side put on a show.
The forward tucked away Al Hamddan’s centre from close range to make it 3-0 in the 73rd minute before adding a fourth six minutes later off Angelo’s set-up.
Joao Felix then returned the favour, turning provider for Angelo with a delightful pass on the stroke of full-time to keep Al-Nassr three points clear at the summit with eight matches remaining.
Al-Hilal did keep on the pressure, though, as they beat Al-Fateh 1-0.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s 48th-minute goal proved decisive as Al-Hilal made it three league wins running.

Joao Felix has now scored 15 goals in the Saudi Pro League this season, while providing 11 assists. His 26 goal involvements top the charts for Al-Nassr, ahead of Ronaldo’s 23 (21 goals, two assists).
He produced a standout display on Saturday, leading Al-Nassr in the absence of the injured Ronaldo. The Portugal international struck seven of his nine total shots on target and created two big chances.
Al-Nassr were full value of the win in the end, showcasing some tremendous proficiency in front of goal to trump their 2.65 expected goals (xG), while Al-Khaleej only managed 1.15 xG in response.
