Massimiliano Allegri has made it clear AC Milan do not fear Juventus as they prepare to resume their Serie A campaign after the winter break.
Reigning champions Milan and sit equal on 34 points with Juventus at the top of the table, although Antonio Conte’s side are yet to be beaten in 16 games so far this term.
Milan themselves have not lost in their last 11 league matches, and Allegri insisted the Turin side’s unbeaten run does not intimidate his side.
“Juventus do not scare us,” Allegri told was quoted as saying by Tuttosport.
“They are a great team and we respect them. However, at the moment, Milan have all the resources available that are needed to win the Scudetto once more.”
Milan’s first game after the winter break is an away clash against Atalanta on January 8, while Juve travel to Lecce the same day.
