Arsenal and Liverpool are among the clubs that have been alerted to the ongoing situation with Vinicius Junior, according to TBR. Chelsea and Manchester City have also been told that the Brazil international forward could leave Real Madrid at the end of the season.
Madrid have reportedly told Vinicius Junior that they will sell him at the end of the season if he does not sign a new contract. The 25-year-old is out of contract at the Spanish powerhouse in the summer of 2027 and wants €30 million per year, including bonuses, to put pen to paper on a new deal, but Madrid are not willing to pay him more than €20 per season.
Journalist Graema Bailey told TBR: “Florentino Perez loves Vinicius Junior but there are concerns within the club about whether he is going to sign this new deal.
“It is hard to imagine Vinicius not being at Madrid but sources are insisting this possibility.
“The coming months are going to be intriguing but the basic point is that Real won’t allow him to go into the final 12 months of his deal and potentially look at a free transfer.”
