Barcelona fans were delighted with their 3-1 triumph over Real Madrid in an entertaining La Liga clash on Saturday.
In the seventh and final Clasico of 2011, it was Real Madrid who took an early lead in the clash of the arch-rivals.
French forward Karim Benezema’s goal after 22 seconds delighted the home fans at the Santiago Bernabeu, but things were back on level terms by half-time thanks to Alexis Sanchez’s equaliser.
Xavi and Cesc Fabregas both scored in the second half to lift Barcelona above Real and to the top of the La Liga table.
And the celebrations from the pitch continued after the match, with Barcelona’s travelling fans gathering outside the stadium to cheer Pep Guardiola’s side as they got back on their team bus.
