As for the visitors, although Tijuana might have opened up the 2026 campaign with their sights firmly set on clinching another play-off ticket, Los Xolos have drastically failed to find any kind of stability. Last seen on their travels getting hit with a 1-0 loss at the hands of Toluca, Abreu’s men have recorded just a single Liga MX win outside of Baja California since the middle of August. Likewise, Tijuana have also mustered just a sole domestic clean sheet on their travels over the past 11 months.
