For their penultimate Super Lig showdown of the season, Fenerbahce will travel to Hatay on Monday evening when they meet an already-relegated Hatayspor.

Starting with the hosts, while Hatayspor might have clung to their Super Lig status last season, Murat Sahin’s men have endured a public nightmare this time around. Despite landing a routine 5-0 victory against an Adana Demirspor squad who are lucky to still be in existence, the Antakya-based outfit have limped their way to a second-tier return with plenty of time to spare. Despite watching their Turkish Cup adventure come to an end last month as they slumped to a 2-1 defeat at home against arch-rivals Galatasaray, the former Manchester United boss has seen his squad suffer just a single Super Lig defeat from their last 20 consecutive outings – a run that stems all the way back to December 17th. Likewise, storming their way to a sensational 4-1 romp away at Istanbul Basaksehir earlier in the month, Fenerbahce have continued to impress with their success outside of Istanbul. In fact, Mourinho’s camp have won their previous four Super Lig matchups on the road by an aggregate score of 14-5.
