Competition: Championship

Market: Goal to be scored in both halves

Odds: 3/4 @ Pribet

In what could prove to be another enjoyable Championship showdown on Saturday afternoon, QPR will welcome Leicester to Loftus Road.

Starting with the hosts, putting in what was a downbeat display away at automatic promotion contenders Middlesbrough last weekend as they eventually fell to a 3-1 loss on Tyneside, QPR will be seeking an immediate response here. Nevertheless, although the Hoops might have spent the majority of last season looking over their shoulder at a looming relegation scrap, Julien Stephan’s side have come roaring back in an eye-catching fashion this time around. Getting Saturday’s return to west London underway this weekend sat within touching distance of finding a shock routine into the play-off places, the former Rennes boss has seen his squad gain a recent reputation for their success on home soil. Last seen at Loftus Road securing a last-gasp 2-1 win against Birmingham, QPR have won all of their previous three consecutive Championship showdowns in west London by an aggregate score of 8-4. However, it should be noted, the Hoops have seen their last six straight matchups in west London finish with both teams finding the net.

As for the visitors, signing off November with consecutive defeats against Southampton and Sheffield United, Leicester were hit with even more public backlash. Getting this weekend’s fixtures underway sat outside the play-off places, Marti Cifuentes’ men are desperately searching for some essential stability in 2026. However, last seen putting in what was arguably a season-best performance as they stormed their way to a 3-1 victory at home against Ipswich, the former QPR boss will be dreaming of a repeat display when he returns to west London on Saturday afternoon. Getting December underway with another 3-1 win away at Derby, Leicester will now be desperate to secure back-to-back Championship victories for the first time since way back in August. However, much like Saturday’s opponents, the Foxes have also shown their own rather glaring issues at the back. Including a dramatic 3-2 loss at home against Sheffield United last month, Cifuentes’ leaky defence have remarkably failed to muster a single clean sheet from any of their last 16 straight attempts – a rut that stems all the way back to September 20th.

Bet: Goal to be scored in both halves at QPR vs Leicester City 3/4 for Saturday’s Championship matchup @ Pribet
