Cordoba bids farewell to Inter in Indonesia

Inter’s Ivan Cordoba was happy to end his career in Indonesia after playing his final game for the club in a friendly in the Asian nation.

The Giuseppe Meazza outfit completed a four-day tour of Indonesia after grabbing a 4-2 victory over an Indonesia Selection at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta.

“Amazing, it was very impressive, we were like to play at home,” Cordoba told Inter Channel.

“A lot of mixed feelings in my head at the time and I cannot hardly express it. I hope with this squad everything is going well and they can move on and do amazing things in the future.

“Once again I want to thank the Inter and to Indonesia as well, who have given extraordinary support.”

Regarding of his future after retirement, Cordoba said that he will be ready to help Inter in a coaching capacity if needed.

“As I did as a player, I will be ready to dedicate myself entirely to the club. If there is a chance to do it, I will contribute,” he said.

Cordoba made 455 appearances for the Italian giants, enjoying 13 successful years in Milan.
