Fabrizio Romano provides Bukayo Saka contract update

Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka is set to become one of the highest-earning players at the North London club.

According to the well-known and well-respected Italian journalist, talks between Arsenal and Saka have been positive, with a deal set to be agreed upon soon.

Romano told GiveMeSport: “Yes, he would be among their top earners. The length of the contract is being discussed, but talks are very positive, so I think a new deal will get done.”

Saka has established himself as a first-team star for Arsenal for a number of years and has scored 74 goals and given 71 assists in 274 appearances for the North London outfit so far. Arsenal are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 22 points from nine matches, four points ahead of second-placed Bournemouth.
