Udinese manager Francesco Guidolin has spoken of the respect he has for Chievo ahead of their Serie A clash on Sunday.
Udinese have made a terrific start to the season and a win against Chievo could send them to the top of the table, if other results go their way.
But Guidolin knows that will not be easy against Chievo, who have won three of their last five matches.
“(Sunday) we need to give 110 percent – both mentally and from a physical point of view,” Guidolin said.
“We know very well the team we will be facing. I’ll never stop making my compliments to Chievo, both to the team and to their coach.”
“Mimmo (Udinese manager Domenico Di Carlo) is a guy I like a lot. I know his team has his character and I remember very well Di Carlo’s character.”
“I know his team is organized, I know his team is strong and I know they are generous and brave, therefore I think that if we want to do something good we need to give 110 percent of our heads, legs and hearts.”
