Jack Grealish open to Everton transfer

Manchester City star Jack Grealish is ready to join Everton in the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported that Everton are advancing in talks with Premier League rivals Man City over Grealish.

The former Aston Villa star, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, has opened the door to a move to the Toffees.

Romano wrote on X: “verton keep advancing in talks for Jack Grealish as priority target. The player has opened doors to the move and negotiations are underway.

“Everton and Man City, discussing terms of loan deal as @_pauljoyce reports.”

Grealish is not in Man City manager Pep Guardiola’s plans, having been left out of the squad that featured at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup earlier this summer. While Man City will aim to win the Premier League title next season, Everton will look to end up in the top four.
