Liverpool are interested in signing Kevin De Bruyne in the summer transfer window, according to Gianluca Di Marzio. The well-known and well-respected journalist has revealed that the Premier League champions have made “a proposal” to De Bruyne.
The Belgium international midfielder is leaving Manchester City at the end of the season when his current contract with the Premier League club runs out. Napoli are keen on De Bruyne as well and are said to be ‘serious’ about him. The 33-year-old wants to stay in Europe after leaving Man City.
De Bruyne has been at Man City since 2015 when he joined from VfL Wolfsburg. The midfielder has been a legend at the Etihad Stadium, having won the Premier League title six times, the FA Cup twice, the EFL Cup on five occasions, and the UEFA Champions League once. De Bruyne has scored 108 goals and given 177 assists in 418 appearances for Man City so far in his career.
