Manchester City target Barcelona attacking midfielder Dro Fernandez

Manchester City are interested in signing Dro Fernandez from Barcelona in the January transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report in the Spanish news outlet has claimed that Fernandez has already told Barcelona that he wants to leave midway through the season, with Man City among the clubs keen on a deal.

The report has claimed that Man City manager Pep Guardiola has personally told the club to make a move for Fernandez. The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich head coach reportedly believes that the 20-year-old fits the profile that he is looking for.

According to Fichajes, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund are also keen on a deal for Fernandez, who has given one assist in five appearances for the Barcelona first team so far in his career. Barcelona are at the top of the La Liga table at the moment with 49 points from 19 matches, four points clear of second-placed Real Madrid.
