Manchester United are interested in signing Elliot Anderson from Premier League rivals Nottingham Forest in the January transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that the Red Devils are reportedly ready to pay €65 million in transfer fees for the former Newcastle United star.
Anderson has been on the books of Forest since the summer of 2024 when he joined from Newcastle. The 22-year-old England international midfielder has given three assists in 65 appearances for the Magpies so far in his career, helping Eddie Howe’s side win the Carabao Cup and finish in the Premier League top four last season.
Man Utd are 10th in the Premier League table at the moment with seven points from five matches, while Forest currently find themselves 15th in the standings with five points from five games.
