It is reported that Manchester City’s Mark Hughes has made an eight million Pound bid for Arsenal’s Kolo Toure.
It has been evident in recent weeks that the Ivory Coast central defender Toure has been unhappy at Arsenal.
Should the deal not go through Mark Hughes has West Ham’s Matthew Upson and Everton’s Joleon Lescott in the wings.
