Serie A side Parma have completed the transfer of 25-year-old right-back Jonathan from Inter on loan.
Parma announced on their official website on Tuesday that the defender has signed until the end of the season.
New Parma coach Roberto Donadoni was keen to add some more depth to his back line during the January transfer window, and the former AC Milan midfielder has received the defensive reinforcement he was after.
“The player will be at the disposal of coach Roberto Donadoni at the Collecchio training ground on Wednesday. He will be presented to the press in the afternoon,” a statement on Parma’s official website read.
The 25-year-old defender joined Inter from Santos ahead of the 2011-12 campaign, but failed to make an impact at the San Siro in the first half of the season.
