The New England Revolution have sacked Caleb Porter with four games remaining of the 2025 season.
The Revs, who sit 11th in the Eastern Conference, are not yet mathematically out of the playoff fight but trail ninth-placed Chicago Fire by 10 points while having played a game more.
Should they fail to reach the postseason, it will mark their second consecutive season without making it past the regular season, having finished 14th in the East last term.
Porter took charge of 64 MLS matches, winning just 17 of those (D12 L35), and averaged just 1.0 points per game in charge.
He leaves New England with a 26.6% win rate, while his side conceded 118 goals, scoring just 76.
