Savinho close to new Manchester City deal?

Manchester City are close to signing a new contract with Savinho, according to ESPN. The report has claimed talks between the Premier League club and the Brazil international winger are at an advanced stage, with the expectation being that an agreement will be reached soon.

Savinho joined the Cityzens from Troyes in the summer of 2024. The Brazil international winger made a positive impact at Man City last season, scoring three goals and providing 13 assists in 48 appearances. After being linked with Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, the 21-year-old winger has scored one goal in four matches in all competitions for Pep Guardiola’s side.

The winger is already under contract at Man City until the summer of 2029, but the new deal will see him stay at the Premier League giants until the summer of 2031.
