Manchester United are interested in signing Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp in the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano. The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that Man Utd have had a bid for Emiliano Martinez rejected by Aston Villa and also have an eye on 23-year-old Belgian star Lammens.
Romano said on his YouTube channel: “If they [United] want to go for a young goalkeeper, in that case, Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp remains the name.
“A player really appreciated by Man United, scouted for a long time, with the player also keen on a move.”
Andre Onana is the first-choice goalkeeper for Man Utd, but the Cameroonian star has made some high-profile mistakes since his move to Old Trafford in 2023 from Inter Milan. Man Utd manager Ruben Amorim is looking to sign a new goalkeeper, as he aims to lead the Red Devils to the top four in the Premier League table last season.
