Real Madrid ensured their winning start to this season’s Champions League continued with a hard-fought 2-1 away win against Paris Saint-Germain.

The visitors struck first in the 29th minute via Naomie Feller, who latched onto the end of a brilliant Yasmim cross, deftly placing it into the bottom-left corner.

The Madridistas doubled their advantage on the stroke of half-time, as Alba Redondo tucked their second away after Caroline Weir’s initial attempt rebounded off the post from close range.

While PSG responded in the 57th minute through Rasheedat Ajibade, they were unable to make their other eight second-half shots count.

Elsewhere, Juventus fell to a 2-1 defeat away at Bayern Munich.

The Bavarians netted in the 11th minute as Pernille Harder opened the scoring, but that was swiftly cancelled out by Eva Schatzer six minutes later.

When the spoils looked to be shared, second-half substitute Lea Schuller snatched a last-gasp winner to secure Bayern’s first win of their Champions League campaign.

Data Debrief: Redondo shines as PSG’s losing streak continues

Redondo has now scored three goals in the 2025-26 Women’s Champions League — the most of any player in the competition so far.

PSG have now handed in four consecutive defeats in the competition, marking their longest losing run in the tournament since at least the 2016-17 season.

Meanwhile, Klara Buhl has been directly involved in goals in each of her last three Champions League appearances, tallying two goals and one assist.
