Coleman linked with Chelsea switch

Chelsea are lining up a summer move for Everton full-back Seamus Coleman, according to the Metro.

The 26 year old broke into the Toffee’s first team in the 2009/10 campaign, and is now closing in on one hundred and fifty league appearances for the club having established himself as one of the best players in his position in the English top flight.

Manchester United have previously been linked with a move for the Republic of Ireland international, and now the recently crowned Premier League champions are readying a bid of around £20m as they already plan for their title defence.

Eden Hazard’s goal was enough to secure victory for the Blues over Crystal Palace yesterday, a result which secured the club their first league title in five years.

Next up for Jose Mourinho’s men is last season’s runners up Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, and the home win is priced at 11/10.
