Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta hopeful of Myles Lewis-Skelly red card being overturned (Video)

Arsenal plowed on to victory against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday playing with 10 men after referee Michael Oliver sent Myles Lewis-Skelly off in the 43rd minute.

VAR Darren England, with a rich history of controversial decisions in the role, did not react, but Oliver’s call sparked plenty of criticism.

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta hopes his club won’t need to appeal against the red card, but if they do, he says there’s a very good precedent that should help in the right verdict being reached.
