Arsenal target hints at PSG move

Sochaux playmaker Marvin Martin has revealed his desire to join Paris Saint-Germain.

The 23-year-old is widely tipped to leave the club at the end of the season, with Arsenal, Newcastle and several French clubs already showing interest.

However, the French international reveals that Parc des Princes could be his next destination.

“Even if I put all the big French clubs on the same level as Marseille or Lyon, Paris Saint-Germain is the club where I’ve always wanted to play and grow one day,” Martin told regional daily Le Pays.

“I was born in Paris, I am a Parisian. When I was little, I went to the stadium and it was a childhood dream to play for this team one day.”

Martin has been playing well this season, notching up one goal and four assists in sixteen league games.

The youngster is already regarded as an important member of the national team and he is likely to be named in France Euro 2012 squad.
