Pailan Arrows drew their home I-League clash against Mumbai FC 1-1 at the Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata on Saturday.

Milan Singh scored for Pailan Arrows in the 58th minute while G Friday equalised for Mumbai FC in the 78th minute.

Pailan now have four points from eight matches while Mumbai FC are on seven points from as many matches.

Mumbai FC looked the stronger side on paper starting with Abhishek Yadav, Friday and Sukore.

However they were not able to have much say on the proceedings as was the case with the home side.

After the break, however, Milan Singh scored for the Pailan Arrows in the 58th minute. It seemed like they were desperate to prove themselves after a few close matches did not end in their favour.

When it looked like they would be able to secure a win, Mumbai FC struck through Friday in the 78th minute and then even pressed ahead for a winner to no avail.
