Liverpool not in talks with Alexis McAllister over a new deal

Liverpool are not in talks with Alexis McAllister over a new contract, according to Football Insider.

Spanish and European powerhouse Real Madrid are keen on signing McAllister from Premier League club Liverpool in the summer of 2026.

Journalist Pete O’Rourke said: “I’m sure there’s a few players who will be moving on from Liverpool this summer.

“Alexis McAllister, there’s been suggestions that he could move on as well, his future is not certain.

“There’s been no contract talks held with him over a new deal, that hasn’t progressed at all, and there is ongoing talk of interest from Real Madrid.

“There’s uncertainty about a few players in that Liverpool squad, not just him, and it looks like it could be another busy summer for them.”
