Competition: Champions League
Market: Juventus to win against AS Monaco
Odds: 1/2 @ William Hill

Italian Serie A giants Juventus host AS Monaco in the Champions League quarter-finals tonight, with the Old Lady the favourites to win the first leg. They have been formidable at home all season, and finally look a side capable of challenging Europe’s elite in the competition. New manager Massimiliano Allegri takes the credit, as he’s inherited a title-winning side, and still has managed to improve on it, with Juve on course to win the treble.

Their opponents tonight, AS Monaco, are no slouches, however. The French Ligue 1 title-chases have seen a resurgence in the last few months that could make the dark horses to produce another giant-killing in the competition. Leonardo Jardim’s men knocked out Arsenal in the previous round, and will look to make life difficult as the away side in Turin.

Nevertheless, the Old Lady are big favourites to come away with a positive result in the first leg, and William Hill are giving odds of 1/2 for the Italian outfit to achieve that. Their squad should be too strong for Monaco in the end, and Juve will hope to have one foot in the semis after the final whistle.
