Nick Woltemade has joined Newcastle to replace Alexander Isak, a formidable task in itself, but he also needs to adapt to the demands of the game in the Premier League quickly.
However, Les Ferdinand, who played as a striker for Newcastle from 1995 to 1997, has pointed out that it takes time.
