According to multiple sources, Real Madrid have reached a full agreement with Nico Paz on personal terms of his proposed return to Real Madrid from Como.
Paz is a product of the Real Madrid academy. In 2024, he left straight from their Castilla side to join Como for a fee of €6million, but a buy-back clause was inserted into the deal and Los Blancos have now decided to bring him back at the end of the season. Several clubs, Manchester United among them, have already enquired if Real would be open to selling the 21-year-old on for financial gain, and the answer was clear – no. Paz will have a place in the squad at the Santiago Bernabeu in 2026-27.
Paz’s current objective is to finish the season with Como strongly and help Cesc Fabregas’s team as much as he can, hoping not only to improve as a player, but also to make the Argentina squad for the 2026 World Cup.
