Spanish La Liga side Valencia are expected to sign no less than four players as soon as the summer transfer window opens, according to Marca.
Los Che opted against doing any transfer dealings this January, and instead focused on negotiations for players expected to arrive in the summer.
Valencia sporting director Braulio Vazquez wasted no time this January and Marca claims he has virtually secured four new signings for the club.
The first player expected to arrive to Mestalla is Deportivo La Coruna midfielder Andres Guardado, who is expected to challenge Pablo Piatti for the position on the left of midfield.
Ajax full-back Gregory van der Wiel has already agreed personal terms with los Che and Valencia should be able to agree on a transfer fee with his club by the end of the season.
Besides the two players who are expected to immediately challenge for the starting places, los Che are also set to sign Espanyol midfielder Alvaro Vazquez and Las Palmas striker Jonathan Viera.
Vazquez and Viera are both seen as excellent prospects and they look set to be given the opportunity to fulfill their potential at the biggest stage.
