A report from the Sun is today suggesting that Mario Balotelli could be on his way out of Manchester City this month.
AC Milan look to be the club where he is heading, with reports saying that a £24 million move has been agreed and that Balotelli’s bags are packed.
Roberto Mancini might have finally lost his patience with the man who has caused him a lot of trouble since his move from Inter Milan and if the City boss has another striker ready to replace Balotelli, then the deal could go through in the next few days.
Mancini had said recently that he didn’t want to lose his fellow Italian and he believes that he can still become a world-class forward, but something must have changed his mind in the last few days.
Although he played for Inter and won the Serie A title with them, Balotelli is a AC Milan fan and the move could be a dream one for him.
It is personal terms that could be a stumbling block in this move and whether AC are prepared to spend big on a transfer fee and the player’s wages.
It is certainly a story to keen an eye on.
