Italian midfielder Massimo Donati has admitted that he would be keen on a return to AC Milan.
Donati has had an unsuccessful spell with the Scottish giants after joining them in 2007.
The Rossoneri are keen on signing a new midfielder as Rino Gattuso will be out of action for up to six months with a knee injury.
“It is up to the Celtic management to decide – but if Milan asked me to go, I would say yes,” Donati told the Sunday Post.
“I haven’t spoken to anyone at Milan directly but I know they have been in touch with my agents.
“Italy is my country, and Milan is a big name. It is clear I would like this to happen.”
