Championship side Hull City have signed Robbie Brady and David Meyler from Manchester United and Sunderland respectively.
Both players enjoyed loan spells at the club earlier in the season and have now sealed permanent deals for undisclosed fees.
Midfielder Meyler linked up with Steve Bruce’s side back in November and has gone on to score three times in 10 appearances.
Republic of Ireland international Brady has managed to find the back of the net once in 12 games so far this campaign.
A Hull statement read: “City manager Steve Bruce views both players as key additions to his squad and with the first deals of the January transfer window done, he will now look to strengthen further as the Tigers aim to maintain their excellent league position.”
Hull sit in second spot in the Championship table as they look to seal a return to the Premier League.
